Modern homes shaped by trees, landscape, and light.

Hampstead Heath, London

Caenwood Court

Modern multi-story building with balconies, surrounded by trees and landscaped gardens, in a courtyard area.

Villas in the Park

Caenwood Court reimagines luxury apartment living in Hampstead as three modern villas set within a natural parkland landscape. Positioned beside Hampstead Heath, the development creates 21 apartments across three buildings, connected underground by a shared car park, leisure facilities, and a swimming pool.

The architecture is shaped by the landscape itself. Building forms are carefully positioned to preserve existing trees, while the orientation of living spaces allows for sweeping views over Hampstead Heath and towards the city skyline. The concept prioritises light, proportion, and setting — apartments that are grounded in their immediate natural surroundings yet open to distant vistas.

Jason Good contributed to the project from its earliest concept stages with David Chipperfield Architects, and continued as Associate and Lead Architectural Consultant with Hamilton Architects through to completion. The resulting development balances modern design language with contextual sensitivity, creating refined residences rooted in one of London’s most iconic landscapes.
